About Ana Docoito-Nelson

Ana Docoito-Nelson serves as property manager for Gramatan Management, Inc., in New Rochelle, New York, located about 20 miles north of Manhattan. As property manager, she maintains a broad range of responsibilities, from daily operations and staff supervision to property value maintenance and enhancement. She also manages multiple projects and oversees capital improvements, which include roof replacement and façade repair. Ana Docoito-Nelson also prepares the annual operating budget and income projections and manages monthly Board of Directors meetings. She took on her current position in 2012 after spending four years as an assistant property manager.

Ana Docoito-Nelson’s previous administrative work includes time with Elisa Dreier Reporting, Corp., where she functioned as executive assistant and offered support to the president and marketing staff. She also served as print production assistant with Stan Adler Associates in New York City. She studied business marketing at Westchester Community College and became a certified holistic health practitioner at the Heartwood Institute in Garberville, California. She also spent three years living in Berlin, Germany, and she maintains an interest in photography, especially portraits and travel photography.
